LECTURES

Throughout the year several presentations will be given online or in a lecture hall, and they are available for all families registered with the Soccer Performance and Science Institute.

The lectures are intended to educate players and families about different topics related to soccer performance, nutrition, soccer-specific fitness, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and the beneficial effects of soccer on health. The lectures are updated each year with new content based on the availability of significant scientific findings on each area. Below are examples of the topics covered during the lectures.

For members who miss the live presentation and want to watch the video of the presentation, or for anyone wanting to review something they missed during the lecture, please log in to your account at the top right-hand corner of this site and you will be able to access the videos of the lectures at any time.
